Send an empty e-mail message to sqldownunder-subscribe@list.sqldownunder.com. You will receive a validation message to confirm your email address, to which you must reply to be subscribed.

To unsubscribe

Send an empty e-mail message to sqldownunder-unsubscribe@list.sqldownunder.com.

To post to the list

Send messages to sqldownunder@list.sqldownunder.com.

Message filtering/Inbox sorting

There is an SMTP header set for list-id which you can filter messages on. This is better than prefixing/munging the subject line.
If you use gmail, GAPE, GAFYD, etc, you can click on "show details" near the message header and then "Filter messages from this mailing list" (pretty cool!).
