OVERVIEW
A Queensland Government justice sector agency engaged Codify after an external assessment by a big four consultancy identified operational risks within its bespoke .NET based management system, including vulnerabilities in a document management capability that processes more than 10,000 documents per day. Any disruption would have directly impacted frontline officers’ ability to access critical information.
